We are seeking a self starter to provide nutrition services to clients in a variety of settings within the Three Rivers Health District. Characteristic activities of this position include conducting patient nutritional assessments and evaluations in the clinic, school, and community settings; and developing and monitoring nutritional care plans and food packages.
