DELTA has been tasked to provide program control / financial support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), for the Program Executive Office for Major Acquisitions (PEO MA). The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial coordination and implementation of all financial day-to-day program activities, as appropriate to meet customer objectives.
Responsibilities include:

Execute and track funding, spend plan development, and detailed cost reporting

Analyze status of funds and provide reports on the planned, programmed, committed, obligated and disbursed funding levels based on the appropriation type, organizational element, project, and task area

Analyze program plans to ensure tasks are executing according to plan

Assess the financial viability of each project and update the appropriate acquisition and financial databases as necessary

Coordinate budget calls for planning of expenditure of contract funds

Provide analysis of projected costs for performance of program tasks

Prepare project analysis and present major findings to the branch chief

Allocate task budgets according to work breakdown structure

Assist in the preparation of program reviews

Process the necessary transactions within the Integrated Resource Information System (IRIS) database to ensure program plan remains in balance and executable at all times

Take all steps necessary to resolve Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs)

Generate various program reports from IRIS and other databases

Integrate and track program metrics
